How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery.Each product at Movingtrendz has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

How do I return an item?

  • Instead of returning items you can ask us for a full refund.Why?Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability.Every return has a carbon footprint.So just tell us what went wrong.send along a pic & we will give you your money back.Then if possible , you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it at your choice.

Can I request a cancellation?

  • Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product.Some order gets sent out before we can process the cancellation.So if you cancel your order but still receive the package  then please go a head & do one of the three things.Recycle it,donate it or enjoy it.

 What happens if i received a wrong item?

  • If there is an issue with your order--if its the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted--then simply notify us &  we will give you a refund.You wont be asked to ship the product back to us.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    • We do not offer exchanges, however if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected,Just let us know we will get you a new one.

      How long is the returns process?

      • Processing returns may take up to 5 - 10 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

      When will I receive my refund?

      • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-12 business days.

      Do you ship internationally?

      • Yes. We ship worldwide.

      How do I track my package?

      • You can check on the status of your package at any time online.

      How long does it take for an order to arrive?

      • Once shipped, your order will arrive within the following shipping time, depending on how fast customs clearances take place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

          Note:Shipping times are normal, We ship your product in 1-2 days.But due to COVID-19 emergency in most of the countries delivery's may get delayed by extra 1-2 weeks.
